We are looking for an experienced Interim Quality Engineer to support a well-established food production company in the Kumla area (Örebro) of Sweden.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in food quality management, understands production-related quality processes, and can quickly take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

▪️ Support and maintain quality management processes within food production.

▪️ Work with HACCP principles and food safety procedures.

▪️ Contribute to quality-related projects and process improvements.

▪️ Support the transition and handover of quality responsibilities.

▪️ Collaborate closely with production teams and other stakeholders.

▪️ Ensure quality procedures are followed, and relevant documentation is maintained.

▪️ Quickly understand existing processes and independently manage assigned tasks.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✅ Academic qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

✅ Practical experience with HACCP and food safety management.

✅ Experience working on projects.

✅ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

✅ Understanding of quality processes in a production environment.

✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative.

✅ Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
