𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are looking for an experienced QSE Engineer to support safe, compliant, and sustainable operations within vehicle test facilities. The role involves coordinating inspections, conducting risk assessments, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvements in workplace safety and environmental performance.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Plan and coordinate statutory and recurring inspections of pressure equipment, lifting devices, refrigerants, and other installations.

✅ Maintain inspection records and ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed.

✅ Participate in internal and external audits, authority inspections, and compliance activities.

✅ Conduct workplace safety rounds and identify risks related to machinery, chemicals, fire safety, ergonomics, and test equipment.

✅ Lead and support risk assessments for new equipment, facility modifications, and new technologies.

✅ Support chemical management, including risk assessments, safe storage, and hazardous substance substitution.

✅ Follow up on reported risks, incidents, and accidents.

✅ Develop and improve QSE procedures, instructions, checklists, and documentation.

✅ Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives to strengthen safety, quality, and environmental performance.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

✔️ Relevant B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent proven technical experience.

✔️ At least 10 years of relevant experience for the Expert-level position.

✔️ Experience in test laboratories, industrial environments, workplace safety, or EHS compliance.

✔️ Knowledge of risk assessments, safety audits, and corrective action management.

✔️ Experience with change management, 5S, or Lean management is an advantage.

✔️ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

✔️ Structured working style, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
