💡 About the role:
You will contribute to an innovative project focused on developing sustainable energy storage solutions for the European market.

You will play a key part in developing and designing battery energy storage systems, supporting ongoing improvements within thermal management systems, and helping to define system concepts and select critical components. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment that values curiosity, initiative, and teamwork.

⚙️ Your responsibilities:

✅ Contribute to the design and development of Battery ESS
✅ Support continued progress in thermal management systems
✅ Create design concepts and participate in component selection
✅ Collaborate across disciplines to drive innovative solutions

🎯 Requirements:

✅ 1–2 years of experience working with Battery ESS
✅ 3–5 years of experience in electrical grids, power plants, or substations
✅ Background in the energy sector (e.g., Hitachi or ABB)
✅ Experience from a start-up environment
✅ Humble, curious, and eager to learn
✅ Self-driven with a proactive mindset
